I met a relative recently after  a few years.The last time i saw him he had put a lot of weight.I was surprised to see how good he looks after loosing a lot of weight.
He gave me a lot of tips on how i can lose the extra kilos i have gained.He advised me on food choices and he also mentioned the he had read  Ian Marber's books: The Food Doctor Diet, The Food Doctor Everyday Diet, The Food Doctor Everyday Diet Cookbook and The Food Doctor Diet Club book.

I will buy this bookThe Food Doctor Ultimate Diet (UK Paperback) and stick to the diet regime i will post the results .
